Being one of the most popular writing services currently, Grademiners was on our list of services to test out. They have been around for at least a year, and they have attracted quite the audience of students who are constantly on the lookout for legitimate writing services who can help them when they really need help. Keep on reading to find out more about their services, prices, overall quality and customer services, to see if they really deserve all the attention.
The type and number of services that a professional writing company offers are important. It makes a huge difference to students, as no student will want to order each paper form a different website. This is the complete list of services they offer: essays, research papers, assignments, coursework, case studies, book report, powerpoint presentations, lab reports, dissertations, term papers, movie reviews, math problems, research proposals, resume writing, cover letters, proofreading, and general homework. While these are all listed under services, we didn’t find much information about students who actually ordered homework or cover letters from them. We also couldn’t find any evidence that they have writers who specialise in all the different fields for all the different types of papers that they claim to know how to write.
Prices and Discounts
Right off the bat, we noticed there wasn’t too much information on pricing. They offer an instant price calculator and a price table with approximate prices. The price depends on the type of paper, deadline, the number of pages and the academic level, which is a standard with most companies. The price starts at $13 and goes up the higher the number of pages, academic level, type of paper and the close the deadline is. This all points to the fact that their initial price sounds appealing, however, it isn’t the cheapest one on the market. They have a loyalty program works on the system of bonuses. If you place an order, you will have to make an account and they will assign virtual money bonuses for each of your orders. It isn’t exactly transparent how bonuses are distributed and how much you could get, which isn’t something we liked.
The quality of the papers was exactly how we expected it to be. We ordered a movie review, and we were really disappointed with the quality. The entire review didn’t have a system at all, paragraphs and ideas were scattered without any order, and while there were no apparent spelling errors, a lot of the sentences seemed to not make sense. It was actually quite a disappointing movie review, given that we have chosen the college academic level, and we expected so much more. We weren’t sure whether they use the same writers for all levels, but it seemed like someone inexperienced has written the review.
Customer Service and Support
We started up the chat to ask when our movie review would be done, and while they responded immediately, when we demanded to know when the movie review will be delivered, they seemed to have no idea. It seems as if they don’t keep track of their orders, which was kind of disappointing. We expected to have some support, but we didn’t get any. For a professional company, that’s quite disappointing. We couldn’t find another way to get in touch, which doesn’t quite make us trust this service. This was a huge letdown, and something they need to work on.
Overall, grademiners is a writing company just like many others, who strive to offer the best, but somehow fail to actually do so. Our experience led us to believe that they aren’t as good as they claim to be, so we would advise all students to do thorough research before deciding to place an order. Search for as much information as you can and try to find people who are actually happy with the service. So far, we had no luck.
